With over two decades of experience in education, I’m passionate about sharing ideas, strategies, and insights that empower those who support children’s learning—whether in classrooms, homes, or homeschool settings. My journey has taken me through urban school districts in Los Angeles County, where I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats—elementary classroom teacher, literacy coach, restorative justice teacher advisor, and elementary literacy coordinator. I’ve also supported learners one-on-one as a private educational specialist.

Each role has shaped my practice, deepened my understanding of how children learn, and strengthened my commitment to equity, literacy, and whole-child education. Along the way, I’ve learned that meaningful change happens when adults feel supported, inspired, and equipped with practical tools they can use right away.
